Most dresses are Custom-Made as per buyer's Request.It will take 8-10 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 7-14 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time
are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS) standard.
Keep in mind it may take up to 1-3 days before the online tracking has updated your package. Please make sure you
enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us
with an incorrect address.
Return
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 4 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
Most dresses are Custom-Made as per buyer's Request. So,We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you.
For every refund,restocking fee and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Buyer is
responsible for the shipping charges to return.
